The trend of market-oriented land transaction scheme and the optimal allocation resources have become two important components ecological sustainable development. However, relevance analyzing effects marketization on environmental development cannot be overemphasized. are focus this paper. We begin by developing a theoretical framework to investigate how affects eco-efficiency. Moreover, we develop data envelopment analysis model measure empirically effect eco-efficiency using set 251 cities in China over period 2003 2018.
